Entrance requirements:
Applicants holding vocational education certificate and (or) higher education (degree), or enrolled in vocational and (or) higher education programs are eligible for admission.
Russian language proficiency required for enrollment – C1 or above

- Teachers of continuing professional education and vocational training institutions without special pedagogical training;
- All persons interested in mastering the professional competencies necessary to work in continuing professional education sphere.
Contents:
- Pedagogical and psychological aspects of the educational process on the continuing professional education and vocational training programs;
- legal regulation in the field of vocational training and continuing professional education;
- theory and methodology of teaching;
- requirements for the development and examination of the vocational training and continuing professional education programs.
